Lab Bench Service

A number of factors may influence the decision to make repairs in our facility. Equipment and components can be delivered to us or, when practical, we can arrange to pick them up. When repairs are complete, we will ship the item back to you or personally deliver and reinstall if desired. Lab Bench Service is available on a “per service” basis at pre-agreed, competitive hourly labor rates (plus parts), or may be incorporated in our money saving Preferred Service Agreement.

On-Site Service

Most repairs can be made on-site, saving downtime, transit costs and eliminating loss potential. Whenever possible, Computel will go to your facility and get the job done. On-Site Service is available on a “per service” basis at pre-agreed, competitive hourly labor rates (plus parts), or may be incorporated in our money saving Preferred Service Agreement program.
